FAHS SIRRI LLC provides delivery across supported locations within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Our goal is to deliver orders quickly, securely and discreetly.
Delivery Time
Our standard estimated delivery time is:
1–3 business days
Delivery times are calculated from the time your order is confirmed and may vary depending on the delivery location, courier availability and public holidays.
Business days in Saudi Arabia are generally Sunday through Thursday, excluding official public holidays.
Some remote locations may require additional delivery time.
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees, where applicable, are displayed clearly at checkout before payment is completed.
Any applicable VAT on shipping charges will be included in the amount shown at checkout.
From time to time, FAHS SIRRI may offer free or discounted shipping promotions.
Order Processing
Orders are prepared for dispatch as quickly as possible after payment confirmation.
Once an order has entered processing or has been transferred to the courier, changes to the delivery address or cancellation may no longer be possible.

Delivery Locations
We deliver to supported cities and regions throughout Saudi Arabia, including major locations such as Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Al Khobar, Makkah, Madinah and other serviceable areas.
Delivery availability is subject to courier coverage.
If we are unable to deliver to the address provided, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution or refund where appropriate.
Discreet Packaging
Customer privacy is important to FAHS SIRRI.
Health-screening and diagnostic products are shipped in discreet external packaging wherever reasonably possible.
The external delivery package will not unnecessarily display sensitive information regarding the type of health test purchased.
Required courier, regulatory or shipping information may still appear on the shipping label.
Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information by email, SMS or another available communication method.
Tracking information may take some time to become active after the order has been transferred to the courier.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address, including:
- Recipient name
- Mobile number
- City
- District
- Street and building details where required
- National Address or other delivery information where applicable
FAHS SIRRI is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect address information supplied by the customer.

Failed Delivery
If the courier cannot complete delivery because:
- The customer cannot be reached
- The address is incorrect or incomplete
- Delivery is refused
- The customer repeatedly fails to receive the shipment
the package may be returned to us.
Additional shipping fees may apply if the customer requests re-delivery where the failed delivery resulted from incorrect information or customer unavailability.
This does not affect rights relating to damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied products.
Delayed Orders
Although our standard delivery timeframe is 1–3 business days, occasional delays may occur because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
- Courier disruptions
- Severe weather
- Public holidays
- Remote delivery locations
- Government restrictions
- Major transportation disruptions
- Force majeure events
If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at contact@fahssirri.com and we will investigate the shipment.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights available under Saudi consumer or e-commerce law.
Lost Shipments
If tracking shows that an order has not been delivered within a reasonable period, contact us.
We will investigate the shipment with the courier.
If the shipment is confirmed as lost before successful delivery, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include:
Replacement or full refund.
Damaged Packages
Please inspect your shipment when it arrives.
If the package or product arrives damaged, compromised or appears unsuitable for use, contact us as soon as possible at:

Confirmed damaged or incorrectly supplied products are eligible for an appropriate remedy under our Refund & Returns Policy.
Medical and Diagnostic Products
Some FAHS SIRRI products may have specific storage, handling or transportation requirements.
Where special shipping or temperature-control requirements apply, the appropriate delivery method will be used or clearly indicated on the relevant product page.
Customers should follow the storage conditions printed on the product packaging and manufacturer's instructions immediately after delivery.
Do not use a product if its packaging is damaged, its protective seal is compromised, or you have reasonable concerns about its condition upon arrival.
International Shipping
Unless expressly stated otherwise on the website, the FAHS SIRRI Saudi store is intended primarily for delivery within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
International availability, delivery times, fees and regulatory requirements may differ and will be communicated separately where international shipping is offered.
Returns
Shipping-related returns are subject to our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.
Where a return is caused by a FAHS SIRRI error, damaged product, defective product or incorrect item, approved return shipping will be provided at no cost to the customer.
For discretionary returns, return shipping charges may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by applicable law.
