TERMS OF SERVICE
OVERVIEW
Welcome to FAHS SIRRI.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the FAHS SIRRI website, online store, products, content, features and related services.
The terms “FAHS SIRRI,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to FAHS SIRRI LLC.
Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce technology used to operate the website and process online transactions.
By accessing our website, creating an account or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the website or purchase products through the store.
SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You must have the legal capacity required under applicable law to enter into a purchase contract.
When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information, including your name, email address, telephone number, delivery address and payment information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.
You may not use the website or our products for any unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorized purpose.
SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS AND MEDICAL SCREENING PRODUCTS
FAHS SIRRI offers health screening, diagnostic and related products.
Product descriptions, specifications, intended use, instructions and limitations should be reviewed carefully before use.
Where a product is an in-vitro diagnostic device, rapid screening test or medical device, it must only be used for its stated intended purpose and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions for use.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, a screening test should not be regarded as a definitive medical diagnosis.
A positive, reactive, unclear or unexpected screening result may require confirmation through an appropriately qualified healthcare provider or accredited laboratory.
Information provided on the FAHS SIRRI website is intended for general product and educational purposes and does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
If you have symptoms, believe you may have a medical condition, or require interpretation of a test result, you should seek appropriate professional medical advice.
FAHS SIRRI will market and distribute medical devices and in-vitro diagnostic products in accordance with applicable Saudi laws and regulatory requirements.
Medical-device establishments and products marketed in Saudi Arabia are subject to SFDA requirements, including establishment licensing and applicable marketing authorization requirements.
SECTION 3 – PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications and pricing shown on the website are accurate.
Actual packaging, colour, labeling or presentation may differ slightly from images displayed online.
Where there is a conflict between general website content and the manufacturer's approved product labeling or instructions for use, the applicable approved product documentation should be followed.
We reserve the right to update product descriptions, discontinue products, restrict quantities or change product availability without prior notice.
Product availability may also depend on regulatory requirements applicable within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
SECTION 4 – ORDERS
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
An order becomes accepted once FAHS SIRRI confirms the order and successfully processes the applicable payment.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- a product is unavailable;
- pricing or product information contains an obvious error;
- payment cannot be verified;
- fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected;
- the delivery address cannot be serviced; or
- fulfilling the order would conflict with applicable law or regulatory requirements.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Orders are intended for legitimate personal, household, professional or other permitted use. Products may not be unlawfully resold, exported or distributed.
SECTION 5 – PRICES, VAT AND PAYMENT
All prices displayed on the Saudi FAHS SIRRI store are stated in Saudi Riyals (SAR) unless expressly indicated otherwise.
Displayed retail prices include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT).
Any delivery charges or other applicable charges will be displayed before the customer completes the order.
The final amount payable will be shown during checkout and in the order confirmation.
Prices, promotions and discounts may change without notice. Changes will not affect orders already accepted by FAHS SIRRI unless required by law or agreed with the customer.
You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted for your purchase.
SECTION 6 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
FAHS SIRRI provides delivery within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to supported delivery locations.
Orders are normally processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, unless a different period is clearly displayed for a particular product or order.
Estimated delivery information will be displayed where applicable during checkout or communicated with the order confirmation.
Business days exclude official public holidays and other non-working days applicable in Saudi Arabia.
Delivery estimates may be affected by courier operations, remote delivery locations, severe weather, public holidays, force majeure events or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and reachable telephone number.
If an order is materially delayed, we will work with the customer and delivery provider to resolve the issue.
Nothing in this section restricts any mandatory consumer right available under Saudi law. Under the Saudi E-Commerce Law framework, consumers may have a right to cancel where delivery is delayed for more than 15 days from the agreed date, subject to applicable conditions and exceptions.
Responsibility for the order passes to the customer upon successful delivery, subject to applicable law.
SECTION 7 – CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Customers may request cancellation before an order has been dispatched. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests.
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy and applicable Saudi consumer law.
Where applicable under Saudi law, consumers may have the right to terminate an eligible e-commerce purchase within 7 days, provided the product has not been used and the applicable statutory conditions are satisfied.
Because some FAHS SIRRI products are diagnostic, medical, personal-use or hygiene-sensitive products, certain products may not be eligible for return after their protective seal or packaging has been opened where such restriction is permitted by applicable law.
This does not affect a customer's legal rights concerning products that are defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, counterfeit, materially different from their description or otherwise subject to mandatory consumer protections.
Approved refunds will be processed without unreasonable delay, normally through the original payment method unless another lawful arrangement has been agreed.
SECTION 8 – DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, contact:

Where the product is defective, non-conforming or incorrectly supplied, FAHS SIRRI will provide the remedy required under applicable Saudi consumer law, which may include replacement, refund or another appropriate solution.
SECTION 9 – STORAGE AND PRODUCT RESPONSIBILITY
Certain products require specific storage conditions.
Customers must follow the storage conditions stated on the product packaging and manufacturer's instructions.
FAHS SIRRI is not responsible for deterioration or inaccurate performance resulting from storage, handling or use that is inconsistent with the manufacturer's instructions after delivery to the customer.
Customers should not use products that:
- have expired;
- have visibly damaged packaging;
- have compromised seals;
- appear improperly stored; or
- otherwise appear unsuitable for use.

SECTION 10 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The FAHS SIRRI name, trademarks, logos, product presentation, website content, graphics, photographs, designs and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to FAHS SIRRI LLC.
These materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and applicable international intellectual-property protections.
You may use the website for lawful personal purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, commercially exploit, copy, scrape, modify or use FAHS SIRRI intellectual property without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
Third-party trademarks appearing on the website remain the property of their respective owners.
SECTION 11 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
The website may contain links to, or integrations with, third-party services including payment providers, delivery companies, analytics providers and other technology providers.
Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
FAHS SIRRI is not responsible for unrelated third-party websites or services that are outside our control.
SECTION 12 – SHOPIFY
The FAHS SIRRI online store is powered by Shopify.
Shopify provides technology used to operate the store but purchases made through this website are transactions between the customer and FAHS SIRRI LLC, not Shopify.
SECTION 13 – PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA
FAHS SIRRI processes personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Saudi data-protection requirements, including the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) where applicable.
Our Privacy Policy explains the categories of information collected, purposes of processing, applicable legal basis, disclosure to service providers, retention, international transfers where applicable, customer rights and methods for contacting us regarding personal data.
Saudi PDPL requires controllers to inform individuals about matters including the purpose and legal basis for collection, recipients, possible international processing, retention and data-subject rights.
Customer information may be shared with service providers such as Shopify, payment processors and delivery companies where reasonably necessary to process and deliver an order or operate the website.
We do not authorize third parties to use customer information for purposes inconsistent with applicable law or our Privacy Policy.
SECTION 14 – ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
By placing an order or contacting FAHS SIRRI, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically regarding your transaction.

We reserve the right to correct genuine errors and update information.
If a material error affects an order that has already been placed, we will notify the customer where appropriate and provide available options, including cancellation and refund where required.
SECTION 18 – WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes, limits or modifies any consumer protection, product-safety right, warranty or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under Saudi law.
Subject to those mandatory rights, FAHS SIRRI is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
The website and informational content are provided for general informational and commercial purposes and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional healthcare advice.
Any limitation of liability contained in these Terms applies only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
SECTION 19 – PRODUCT SAFETY, RECALLS AND REGULATORY ACTIONS
FAHS SIRRI may contact customers where necessary regarding product safety notices, corrections, recalls or other regulatory matters.
Customers should discontinue use of a product where instructed to do so by FAHS SIRRI, the manufacturer, the Saudi Food and Drug Authority or another competent authority.
SFDA regulations require appropriate controls for medical devices marketed and distributed in Saudi Arabia, including product authorization, establishment licensing and post-market oversight.
SECTION 20 – COMPLAINTS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

We aim to acknowledge customer complaints within 2 business days and aim to resolve ordinary complaints within 7 business days, depending on the nature and complexity of the matter.
Where additional investigation with a courier, payment provider, manufacturer or regulator is required, resolution may take longer and the customer will be updated accordingly.
Saudi e-commerce standards specifically expect stores to provide accessible complaint channels and disclose complaint response and processing periods.
SECTION 21 – FORCE MAJEURE
FAHS SIRRI will not be responsible for failure or delay caused by events outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental restrictions, major transportation disruptions, telecommunications failures, emergencies, wars, epidemics or other force majeure events.
Mandatory consumer rights under applicable Saudi law remain unaffected.
SECTION 22 – SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent legally permitted or severed where necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
SECTION 23 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund & Returns Policy and other policies expressly incorporated into them, constitute the terms governing use of the FAHS SIRRI online store.
Nothing in these Terms overrides mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable Saudi law.
SECTION 24 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and purchases made through the FAHS SIRRI Saudi online store are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent authorities and courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
